Our Fee Schedule
Patriot Realty and its agents strive to provide the highest level of service, aggressive marketing, and cost savings to the seller of a property.
Patriot Realty offers three levels of commission:
Patriot Realty charges a commission upon the close of the sale of a listed property based on the sale price of said property (including personal property which may be a part of the sale). The commission is paid by the seller at the sale’s closing, and the seller incurs no costs with Patriot Realty prior to the closing. Patriot Realty also has a one-time Broker Administration Fee of $225, which is assessed to the seller at closing.
LEVEL 1
STANDARD RATE / 6%
Patriot Realty charges 6% of a property’s sale price. Half of that commission (3%) is paid to the Realtor who acts as a Buyer’s Agent and represents the buyer of the property. Patriot Realty retains the remaining 3% of the commission.
LEVEL 2
STANDARD RATE / 5%
Patriot Realty reduces the fee to 5% of the sale price of the property when there is no other Realtor involved in the transaction. This occurs when Patriot Realty locates the buyer and acts as a Dual Agent for both buyer and seller. The savings to a seller on a $200,000 property would equal $2,000.
LEVEL 3
STANDARD RATE / 4%
Patriot Realty further reduces the fee to 4% of the sale price of the property when there is no other Realtor involved in the transaction and the sale occurs within the first 30 days after the listing date. This occurs when Patriot Realty locates the buyer within a short time after the listing is activated and acts as a Dual Agent for both buyer and seller. In this instance, the savings to a seller on a $200,000 property would equal $4,000.
